After two full length albums, Alameda presents a new 7" single. Somewhat of a departure from the mellow, folk-oriented early material; these tracks bring a little bit of rock to the fold, proving the versatility and dynamics of this group. The core of Stirling Myles and Jesse Dettwiler have played together at least a decade, since the early recordings of their previous band Strangers Die Every Day. The duo is expanded by a number of musicians, live and in-studio, to bring full band arrangements to otherwise stark and simple folk tunes.
